There's been a long standing history with the Shiba Inu and refusing to walk.

But this one really takes the cake. Not because his neck is all squished or how hard he's refusing to walk, but the face.
He has finally realized that his refusal to move upsets the owner. He realizes now that he can easily upset him with this. Look at his smug grin. He's won. He has won the walking battle.
He knows he's better.
