Global scoreboard and rankings across all tiers.

Donator Server. Only VIPs/VIP+s/S.Mods/Admins may enter, all maps, no moderation activity. People need a reason to donate; this may be a good incentive.

Access-Controlled Servers (minimum ranking/percentile requirement) with different time settings (longer round, different extend length, different max number of extends).

Tier 1 Server, Tier 1-2 Server, Donator Server, Tier 3-4 Server, All-Map Server w/ ~10% Minimum Rank.

Increased synchronization of online content. You have a domain man, use it. Get a website, put a forum on it, have a chat box and MOTD. Integrated SourceComms/SourceBans, Rank viewer, Rules page, etc. !rank opens your rank page from the website, !motd opens the current MOTD which is available for the entire web presence, !rules opens the current rules page from the site. You get the point. Currently, it is difficult for administration to properly address the community on important changes, events, etc. Make a website, and have it show when a user joins the server.

Modify the timer to allow users to play on CT or T, with any starter pistol they want (If I'm CT, I want to look at my ST P2K Corticera).

There are other 85-tick servers. Some of them have bigger communities, some of them have smaller communities. Some of them have more maps, some of them have less maps. Some of them have better times, some of them have worse times. Some of them lose money, some of them barely break even, some of them have security for the next 12 months. You need to look at the other (semi-)popular 85-tick servers, and figure out where you want Citatsia to fall between those servers. Figure out some goals for the server, and make them happen. Right now it seems like you hit your goal with the server a while ago, and have since been making things up as you go. That's fine, every project gets to a final revision eventually. The server is currently not in a final state, unless you intend on abandoning the project.

Wyre, keep in mind that this has nothing to do with school or your parents. You must be responsible for your own actions. If the issue is that you have bad grades, your parents will think it's because of other things you spend your time on (in this case, csgo). When you get your privileges back, just try your best to handle your responsibilities before going on online.

If you finish 100% of your homework, and then spend 30-60 minutes studying, BEFORE going online, playing csgo will be much more rewarding! Think about your games/activities/hobbies as a REWARD for taking care of your responsibilities. You'll find much more enjoyment in your personal interests if you know you have nothing else that you should be doing.

Please excuse the ambiguity of that statement. The statement was brought upon by multiple instance, and not solely the situation with Steve. I will go into further detail in a different thread.
