Last March, the first MTG Spider-Man cards took the internet by storm. Although it was a scene box set, the six cards introduced gave fans a look at the heroism on display by the web-slinging hero, but also gave fans a look at some villainous designs coming to {LINK ELIMINAT}Magic: the Gathering. A batch of new exclusives was revealed today, showcasing a myriad of heroic companions that will be swinging to the set when it launches on September 26.

During the panel at SDCC 2025, fans were given a fresh look at new heroes and villains coming to the Spider-Man set. MTG has its work cut out for it, there are hundreds of characters to portray in the storied history of the resident Queens’ super-hero, and MTG introduces a scene from where it all started, the cover of Spider-Man #1.
