Server Rules:

* Don't throw around insults to other players. Keep it civil. This does NOT mean that we are a PG-rated server - we absolutely are not.

* Please avoid team stacking. We know you want to play with your friends, but it ruins the fun when a group or clan comes in and crushes everyone else.

* Don't exploit/hack/cheat in any way. You will be banned and if appropriate, reported.

* If the server has more than 14 players, please don't sit in the ReadyRoom or spectate. The slot you're in could be used for another player. Even if it only says there are 14 or so in the server, usually more are joining and the server reports to those trying to join all connections as slots, including those loading.

THE SERVER IS NOT MODDED, but it does have GENERAL EXPERIENCE IMPROVEMENTS running. What does this mean? There are no modifications to any server side files and no ingame mods running - period. However, some functionality you will only find on modded servers can be found here as well.

The following functionality is currently enabled on the server:

* Votekick
* Votemap
* Voterandom

Tonight some players on one team were claiming that they were being slayed. Perhaps they're new and don't know about environmental deaths, but to clarify: NOBODY WAS KILLED BY A COMMAND FROM AN ADMIN. I don't know if it was a dedicated sort of lame troll by a friend group but it weirded me out (as I was in the server while these claims were being made).

I've long run servers with the utmost disdain for any form of cheating, punishable in any form by immediate and irrevokable permanent ban. I was the only admin with access to rcon (as the server was rehosted with new passwords today) and I did nothing but kill people with my various human weaponry, so aside from that, no admin was killing anyone.

I just want to reiterate that that sort of thing is not tolerated here.

Build 245 is out, most notable change being:
"Removed the distinction between modded and non-modded servers in the server browser (so that modded servers are not treated as “second class”)."

This server uses an external non-Lua Auto-Admin for its needs so that the performance isn't affected, bugs don't hit normal gameplay, problems don't arise from changes to internal game code, and other various reasons, and will continue to do so.

For the foreseeable future, the server will remain without mods being installed and in a vanilla state.
