I arranged a match like everyday almost, and we didn't improve a bit. (Almost 10 days) A week is enough to see some improvement.
Anyway, anyway. I already wrote too much. I don't want to take responsibility of a team who is not giving their everything, while I am killing myself to get some things going. Won't happen.
I hate noone though, much love.
P.S Spoken to OGL, if there is noone who wants to take responsibility of this team; we'll withdraw.
Belendor:
Ok, I will be simple.
Today we lost against BR, and there are some severe issues behind this. To be honest, I don't want to try and fix the problems like a tryhard, so I no longer want to lead this team because I realized today; no matter what I do this team is what it is. I thought we could improve during the tournament, but no we won't I think. We have strong individual skills but terrible teamwork, I mean truly terrible. It is like except a few guys; most our team players never played a single match in their entire life. Well I will be off with that.
