I'll look into TF2Ware again, I don't think it will be a huge hassle to start up.

I propose we make all times either EST or CST (server time). Just so we don't make some of our cool kids say up past 1am for tf2 items.

This will involve stupid tf2 gimmicks that we need the ENTIRE SERVER TO PARTICIPATE with. These include:
+ Cafe-only Highlander
+ 6 vs 24 Cafe Pros vs Cafe Pubs
+ All hunstman on DeGroot Keep
This most likely will be first come first serve, and because we are all Cafe members we will not be kicking people out of the server - the rest of us will be in spectator. If you end up becoming a problem: you will be removed FOREVER FOREVER.
