Homestuck is terrible.

The problem I'm having is trying to think of a design that is simple, because it will be 95% static, and flexible enough to allow me to add in more servers.

I like having dead people be silent because we do have a tendency to talk a lot in the Cafe, and in a game like CS, footsteps and sounds help out SO MUCH. It's a balance between tryhard and hardly trying (amirite). My ultimate goal would be alltalk until 10 people, then no dead people can talk, and at max players - alltalk turned completely off, but dead players can still converse with other team dead players.

You know I've mocked up and played around with the idea of having the main page look like a chalkboard or bistro menu. It's why my helper-functions are in something called chalkboard

It will be forever Cafe-only I assume. If I make it public then it would be filled constantly - and for the amount of resources it saps up, only getting to provide a server to 6 random people doesn't seem as fun.
I will be putting the server on "more than private" soon, listing the password on the website/motd/steam page so any Cafe or Cafe Friends can play.

I want to redo the website, but what sort of things should I put on it? Does anyone have any cool design ideas? It's a bit easier to write the backend stuff than it is to actually design a not-ugly website.

Great games tonight, had some real intense fights around de_inferno, and then Team Tibsmanr+Senescent just rolled the CT team 10-0, shutting us out on both sides.

Alltalk is something we should discuss in the CS:GO server, I'd like to have it on while you are dead, but not while you're alive - currently this is impossible with built in CVARs but hopefully a SourceMod plugin is on its way already!

There was an issue with this patch, Cafe will remain down until hotfix is out (30 minutes or so). The MvM server seems to be surviving though so we'll keep that up until it gets too much.

So how has the MvM server been treating you scrubs?
