Welcome all Cactus Bill fans!

You first meet Cactus Bill in The Town of Boring Springs, but he also shows up in Dirtwater. He turned into a cactus after drinking too much cactus beer. Doc Alice warned him this would happen. In The Town of Boring Springs, in return for some reading material, Bill will reveal the location of his shovel. In Dirtwater, Bill asks you to look for a Cactus Lady. A suitable cactus-loving woman, Olive Garden, can be found at Olive Garden's Homestead. Informing Bill of her location will result in him moving to her location to be with his love. Bill informs the player character that he and Olive can kiss, so long as they are careful. Bill informs the player character that he wishes to hug Olive, but it is difficult because he is a cactus with spines. Olive and Bill are shown to have successfully had children in the ending cutscene. The amount of each type of child (cactus or human) is randomized per player.
