I personally am tired of going into the Official Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 group and over half of them not being from the US, you can’t really play with them and in some case communicate with them.

This group is intended to give Californians a place where they can find other players in California to play, chat with, or possibly even arrange LANs with.
