Video is unfortunately of no use. You need to start recording from HIS player channel to show steam account and prove it's actually the guy you are reporting. See one of my videos for reference.

Unfortunately I don't have him in my recent player history anymore. Since he is super obvious, I'm pretty sure he'll get banned regardless eventually. I'll keep that in mind for future videos.
