Finally!

Earlier this week I sent in fresh tweets of this guy and Whoishacker along with tweets asking why they hadn't been banned. I also reported both to Steam asking them to review theatres and ban as the game devs were not apparently active.

I only chased these 2 cheaters as a bit of a test to see if it would help, and as both have gotten game bans today, it appears to have worked!
