Mumble server redo

We did away with the public mumble server as we "combined" it with the private server to increase its use.

The information changed a bit,

We are activly working on getting the forums up. In theory, they are up right now, but since we did a ton of DNS record changes, it might take a while for them to come up for you.

Anyway, they are at breakpointservers.com

Next on the chopping block is the minecraft/css/lounge servers
