Head Ship Builder or known as HSB
We are looking for a head ship builder which means you are commnder of all the ship builders in the group. So if I say i need a ship builder to build a ship I would talk to the head of ship builders and they would tell one of his ship builders his in command of to build the ship. Do you think this is a good idea?

Yes I think you have a good idea and the HSB will just be like an agreed-upon or a give the go ahead on ships that members will submit to the group.
