Looks like he already is steamrep banned, i'd suggest next time you trade for cash check this.

sup dude I also got scammed by him altough he got my keys still in inventory. U think we can get him somehow? I lost 140 :/

no way of "getting him" you'll just have to take this as experience and take extra precautions next time. He was already steamrep banned so not much i can really do as that is something you should always check before trading cash and or btc.
