I downloaded his file that is a .scr file, but I thought that this was weird, but I downloaded because it was a more of a "secure" way to give the code, I downloaded the file and ran it, and my computer CPU was in 100%, I rebooted now.

Whats wrong with a 100% cpu usage, windows does that all the time
