Since the May 16th update, when you get an achievement the noise plays but the pop up in the bottom does not show up unless you open the overlay. I can confirm though that if you open the overlay and continue playing, every achievement after that point will pop up normally again. friend online statuses and screenshots appear like normal. I had this happen in Cuphead and Ghosts of Tsuhima, and I can confirm ghosts of tushima was working normally until the new update applied on my steam.
