Review Board:
Hello everyone I have decided to start a review board where people can post ONE design a week (so I can get to them all :) and I will write a full review good/bad/improvements/tips etc. on the design. I know many people are still learning and want help with their art direction so I hope if I make this public instead of doing it soley through steam messages it can help the masses out.

Few rules so I can review them all:

I will review ALL submissions hopefully in length for you guys but please follow these guidelines

-Only post one item you create a week here ( it can be your best work, an experiment/sticker/weapon or map since I have dabbed in that too) Do not double post the same submission. If you update a design feel free to resubmit it next week.

-I will try my best to check this every day for any new submissions and will hope to respond within 24 hours of a post.

-Please do not take criticism negatively it is a building block for improvements and I will try to be as blunt and honest as I can to help you!

-Before any submissions come in I have spoken with Valve on the selection process and know for certain a few key points: they want original ideas unlike that is currently in the workshop, more subtle toned down colors and they hinted that collections can give you a leg up on your competitors.

We are going to launch another cool feature on Noble, where users items will be voted and a winner will be announced once every 2 weeks, the winning item will be advertised on Facebook and seen by over 28,000 people.
This is another way we are trying to help unnoticed artists to gain attention.

We will announce a list of the top 5 rated guns and the community can vote on which one is their favourite. the most voted item will be the winner.

Noble is a project that I started because I feel that artists are not gaining the knowledge that they deserve and help that they need.
I personally launched this projecet to start a movement on the Steam Workshop, introducing more features and helping people who asked for it. This has not changed, I am always keen to help new artists, putting them under the Noble wing and making sure they gain the knowledge and help.
I want people to see Noble not just as a team of artists, but a team of people who are willing to help others for free, to give back to the artists who give us extra enjoyment in games.

So please remember, we are here to help, to give advice and knowledge, so we can together give players extra enjoyment in games.
