So as you know the Unturned 3.0 Black Hawk server has been down for the last few months, but now I have fixed it and it is up and running as normal. The onley things that you need to take note is that all the characters have been reset and that the map has been changed to Yukon which is the new map added into 3.0 so you don't need to install it ( This may change if the admins of the server don't like the map in which case it will be changed back to PEI).
