is this server ip for the BFRP still good???

Every time i type
connect 162.248.93.70:27015

a screen pops up after the loading menue and the screen says failed connection after 4 trys.

Which really makes me sad because I really really want to play on this map and server again!!!
its a hell of a lot of fun and I really miss this server :(
