If you have LAGS in Rust please do the following steps. It could help u a lot!
Check if the LAGS are gone after every step.
At Step 2 you should play and do the step while playing.

1. Change your graphic quality at the start to fastest.
2. Go to Windows-Task-Manager->RessourceMonitor->CPU and end the process svchost which have big useage.
3. Go to Windows Update and disable the updates.

If nothing helped a lot you need to restart your client if the lags are still there.
