Hopefully there wont be many map resets if any, but in the case of the devs of the game pushing out map breaking patches that require new maps or saves the policy will be as follows:

Poke Cloud ingame or here on these message boards with screen shots of your stuff (showing your clan tag on it!) and pictures of the inside of your chests and I will do my best to replace it or replace something equivalent in value to it. Also try to get pictures of your character and level and I will do what I can to put you back to where you are.

Take pictures of things often and make sure to be prepared. If you dont have proof I dont guarnentee I can put you back to where you are. The current save files make it hard to see what people have and dont have because the values are in encoded.
