Hello members,

I decided to make a guild discord server as it provides a more active and engaging platform than steam for a community. I feel like now is a good time to do this because we'll be playing Lost Ark as a guild. The discord server is essentially split into 2 parts an active part where we'll be talking about the game the guild is playing in. The second part is where the remainer of guild members can talk either to group up for a game, share reminiscences or just to socialize.

The Lost Ark section will be hidden from members who will not join us ingame this is done so people don't get unnecessary messages.

So in short the guild discord server will be a community based server for old members, new members, affiliates or just friends that want to be part of our community, but don't want to really be part of the guild. Members who quit the active game do not need to leave the discord server for as long as they want to. Once a member always a member.

We will not have a forum, discord should be sufficient in providing everything we need for a guild based community. The steam group will remain and I also encourage people to remain or join up on steam. Should there ever come a time Discord goes r.i.p. we'll always be able to rebuild the community from Steam.

As for Lost Ark it's an upcomming mmo in the style of PoE or Diablo. I enjoyed the last beta and several TERA members did too, hence my desicision.
