There is a 48 hour grace period in which you may not attack anyone.

You may asses your points, get diplomatic relations, and rp.

This will also give admins time to decide on Unit costs.

Farm I(Cost-100k)-Supports 5 provinces per every Farm I built.

Farm II(Cost-200k)-Supports 15 provinces per every Farm II Built. Requires 3 Farm I to build.

Tech
Irrigration(Cost-250k)-Increases Farm output by 5 for each farm

Advanced Irrigration(Cost-1000k)-Doubles all farm output.

Buildings
Road I(Cost-10k)-Allows the transportation of troops from a military center. Covers 1 province.

Road II(Cost-25k)-Allows transportation. 2x movement speed. Need to be built on Road I.

Road III(Cost-50k)-Allows Transportation. 4x movement speed. Need to be built on Road II.

Canal I(Cost-100k)-Built into a land province from the sea. Every 2 canal I converts the land province to sea province (affects points and trade).

Tech
Wagon I(200k)-Doubles movement speed for all roads.

Since the systems have not been done, I shall do a simple system that should be enough to get RP started.

Since everyone has already signed up for their nations, it should be fine if everyone takes their place.
