Server is live - PROTOTYPE PHASE

*CURRENT PHASE* Prototype Phase: The server will run with no rules and no order. Players will be allowed to purchase pretty much anything if they have enough tokens (e.g. CP Uniforms). Hopefully some sliver of society will form. Character data will be wiped after this phase.
