Multiple ASF files cannot be started at the same time

Because I use more robots, I installed them in different ASF files, but when I updated to the latest version v5.1.0.9, I found that multiple ASF files could not start at the same time, only one ASF robot would start after the other one finished logging in, I tried to disable auto update and adjust LoginLimiterDelay, but none of them worked, now I am very confused.

Maybe you missed the part on every ASF start that states:

You're running more personal bot accounts than our upper recommended limit (10). Be advised that this setup is not supported and might cause various Steam-related issues, including account suspensions

ASF team suggests running (and owning) up to 10 bots in total, anything above is not supported and done at your own risk...

I downloaded a total of three ASF instances and configured 30 bots in the config folder of each instance. When I started the three ASF instances at the same time, only one of the ASF bots could log in normally, while all the other ASF bots were stuck in startup. This problem did not occur when I was using the old version, but when I updated to the latest version, the problem occurred because the three ASF bots could not log in at the same time, and I had to spend a lot of time waiting for them all to finish logging in.
I tried to read the official guide: https://github.com/JustArchiNET/ArchiSteamFarm/wiki/Compatibility#multiple-instances
and found that multiple instances are supported for simultaneous startup.
