If you read the other announcement you know of the two server providers I found. Since then I have talked to the leader of my friends team and found out they use the second one I found, http://www.multiplaygameservers.com/ . They provide a free mumble and are a bit cheaper than the other. I have played on my friends teams server and used their mumble and they were both fine and they have no complaints. So unless someone else has found anything better I think we can go with them. There is a discount for paying 6 months at a time, which would be more than the season, but if we are going to keep going with the team we should probably keep the server up to do scrims and lobbies.

So now we have to get organized and get all the money together, Jedi will be the one who takes the money and actually pays for it, so he can post the info here or in another announcement. Assuming we go for 6 months from multiplaygameservers its going to be $77.52 which split 9 ways $8.65 per player. The 3 month price is $41.04, split 9 ways is about $4.60 per person, but will not cover the complete season if we end up advancing to the playoffs.

as some of you may know I also started a 6's team to play in ugc 6v6 and we need subs. It doesn't matter how good you are as long as you want to improve, we need subs for all classes so if you were ever interested in 6v6 just hit me up.

To play in UGC we need to have an actual server. Ive done a bit of searching and they seem to be $15 a month for a 19 slot server (we need an extra slot for SourceTV). So we will need to figure out some stuff and all chip in for one.

$15.37 a month for a 19 slot private server, private just means it always has a password on it which obviously wouldnt be a problem for us. They also offer a 10 slot mumble for $2.00 a month. This one was on the UGC website so I assume it is good.

$15.20 a month for a 19 slot server, they dont seem to charge anything different for public/private. The also give us a free mumble, although Im pretty sure wed be able to host one ourselves if we didnt choose them and didnt want to pay for one.

Also need to decide on a location although that doesnt seem to change the price so we just need to make sure we all have a decent ping. We will need to have the server up for atleast 3 months (I think) for this UGC season but if we are going to play in the next one we could just keep it running.
