Also, i think we just need to host a dedicated Source server, because TF2 is source engine.

In regards to a server, we don't really need to host one ourselfs do we?
There are plenty of empty servers out there.
But, it we can't find one, a backup plan (Hosted server) would be good.
I don' think who ever is hosting it should be someone with a WiFi Connection, but Ethernet cable should be better for connectivity.
