Donors (specifically stock holders) are now somehow able to delete props/vendors. Until we're able to find a solution (and by "we're", i mean No-Half, because I'm certainly clueless...lol), anybody caught deleting props should be warned, then banned for 1 day on a following offense, then permabanned after that (although I feel that it'll be able to be fix within a day, most likely).

If you've already permabanned somebody for this, please let me know and we'll cut it back to 1 day. Obviously, in retrospect, we should be somewhat lenient on this, since it is a new (and random/unexpected) exploit and one we'll be fixing asap. No reason to loose a bunch of players over it.

It seems that restarting the server caused the stuff that was deleted earlier to come back, so it may turn out that they're unable to do permanant damage (i.e. their deletion doesn't seem to get saved).
