[ACE/ACRE] ArmA 2 Milsim Open Community

We are a community that plays ACE/ACRE in a tactical playstyle across a variety of time periods and locations. One mission we might play as American soldiers in Vietnam, the next mission we might be Russian paratroopers during the Cold War. We are serious in game but casual outside of missions - no internet salutes or memorizing roles required, just show up and play with us.

We play on our own dedicated server with a custom modpack and headless client - meaning the AI is very quick to respond, acts in a realistic way, and gameplay is much more deadly. Our missions are custom made by our community members which provides unique gameplay experiences.

Modpack Update

Small update that adds the ability to change viewdistance and grass/terrain detail through the ace interaction menu without the addition of IVD. Please uninstall IVD after applying this update if you had it enabled.

For new installs you can download the vast majority of the modpack through Google Drive here to get around addonsync's slow download speeds: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VIfWtDRqMEiPKxi0iGjOXbcTAyUq1jtc/view and then extract to your Operation Arrowhead directory. Addonsync should scan your extracted files and only download the updates on top of them.
