Hello! We are attempting to create Don't Starve PvP tournament gamemodes. These gamemodes are named "Outlive 3v3" and "Outlive 2v2". "Outlive" is the map and world options setup that consists of a slightly more difficult, completely flat world without land branches. This will be done in the wilderness multiplayer gamemode. Players will spawn in random areas of the map and will use voice communication with their teammates to collaborate or find each other. Once a player dies, they are banned from the server for the rest of the tournament. The game ends and a winner is declared once the entire population of one team is completely eliminated. There is also an exception rule in place that grants a PvP immunity for the first 2 nights. After the second night is completed, players are allowed to fight and attack their enemies to their hearts content. If you would be interested in testing and playing one of these gamemodes, please comment on this announcement and send me a message regarding the gamemode you would be interested in playing. We could do team based matchups, use team captains, or randomly pick players who applied for the tournament to select the teams. The character selection would either consist of all Wilsons, or 1 WX-78 on each of the two teams.
