Let me explain.

This raffle is a 1 ref entry

For every 3 ref I get, I craft a hat.

Those 3 people have the chance to get the hat

Either way, you will get a profit prize.

Hat entries are fine as well.

If I get 2 hats, I craft them together.

I then give the prize to the randomly selected winner of the craft of the 2 people that gave both of their hats.

3 ref entry is the minimum

Note: you can recieve a craft hat to a BMOC.
