You heard the man. 2019 is almost over. Zero Punctuation keeps on going & giving. Furthermore, we got a short documentary shedding some light on Yahtzee that was a little too thin for my taste and was slightly overshadowed by his Dev Diary series where he tries to make 12 games in 12 months. It's pretty interesting and insightful, that one, though I have yet to try the resultant games.

There seems to be a consensus that it wasn't the best year for games and Yahtzee Recommends only curated five (new) games in 2019, though that might be due to consoles or the epic store or because something fell through the cracks. Anyway, time for the yearly guessing game! What where his

Remember that he only includes games he reviewed that year (which includes his roundup from last week). I actually have some spare steam keys lying around, which I will give to whoever gets closest.

Personally, I think that Disco Elysium will take the top spot despite what he claimed in the review itself. Ubisoft will probably have at least one game in the blandest category like they do every year. And I'm pretty curious if he liked Death Stranding enough to put it on his list.
