Thing is besides his best of the worst he tends to rarely explicitly recommend games. There is some stuff like his escapist playlist that exists out there of stuff he liked as well.

Is it just me or has Yahtzee started recommending mediocre trash now?

I am looking for an indie game Yatz suggested that is not on this list. It looked like it took place in a mansion, you peaked through keyholes, I think there was a time traveling mechanic you earn. The game is about learning how to staff moves through the mansion. I cannot think of the name.

@waffles: Has been added, though it seemed to me that he overemphasized the positive aspects for the comedic effect of the contrast to the new one.

hey so i was re-watching the Shantae and the Seven Sirens zp and i remembered yahtzee said that he tried the previous game, Shantae Half Genie Half Hero and thought that "it's not bad at all; the environments were lively and interesting, the gameplay was challenging, the first couple of bosses were jiggling bikini girls yes, but incredibly, the next one wasn't. Also Shantae's dancing actually looked like dancing, and not her exaggerating her fishing accomplishments."

does that qualify it as having been liked by him?

Will this group ever get around to writing the bits where Yahtzee recommended AGAINST a game?

Oh nice, that makes things a lot easier.

Our group is part of the beta testers for the new curator update, so I already got to play around with the new features and changes.
As for the videos: the video format used by the Escapist is already supported, so once the update goes live the Zero Punctuation reviews will be watchable on the curator's store page.

Big curator update coming soon that will among other things allow curators to embed youtube videos.

I know it would be tedious to do, but once that feature goes live, would be nice to switch all of the links over to the ZP youtube channel so people can see the videos right here next to the recommendations.

Just a heads-up: The recommendation for "DayZ" was removed from the curator list since as
-L- pointed out, he only reviewed the mod not the standalone version. While the mod is also on Steam, it is not possible for curators to recommend mods.

Just a heads up, you've said that Yahtzee recommends the DayZ standalone when, to my knoowledge he's never even played it. The version he played was the Mod for Arma 2:AA. You can tell this as the review was posted over a year before the standalone was even available. I appreciate they share the same name but they are vastly different games.

Please don't post requests for reviews/recommendations of your games here. It just makes it painfully obvious that you have no idea what this group is about & you also make a fool of yourself by revealing that you just posted here because this is one of the higher ranking curators.

Oh good. Now my friend and I can stop arguing over whether yahtzee actually liked a game or not. (P.S. it seems i was alwaays right). now we can move on to religion and politics to keep ourselves entertained.

He should realize that if it won't be himself giving out his opinions, others will do it for him, like in this group. So it's a poor excuse for him to not simply officially make the channels available for himself where to express his ideas.
