Some of you might have heard that Valve was working on an update of the Steam Curator system which just went live. There are some changes that his update brings:

• Videos linked to in the curation post are now watchable on Steam (The Escapist's video player is supported so the Zero Punctuation are all embedded)
  
• It is possible to make lists (you'll find one with all his Games of the Year)
  
• Users can sort the curation by various categories (Top Sellers, New Releases, Genres, Discounts, etc.)
  
• Admins are now provided with some basic information about the traffic generated by their curations

One pretty essential new feature is "Curator Connect" which allows publishers to directly give games to the admins of curator pages. This puts me in the uncomfortable position of basically being able to get a whole bunch of games for free (as of right now, there are 113 pending games) so I want to make my position clear:
I will not accept any of these games.
I consider myself as merely being the one in charge of the bureaucratic act of putting up Yahtzee's recommendations and therefore think the system is not meant for the case of this group. Also, I never wanted to be compensated for running this site in the first place. If it were possible to forward the keys to others, I'd have considered distributing them in the community but as such they will just be ignored.

Another thing: As the curation system also allows to recommend against certain games or to just provide information, <Kl0n[d1k]E> ߷ suggested to add the games Yahtzee doesn't like. It's a difficult topic so I've made this thread with some thoughts of mine where you are invited to discuss.
