Now I didn’t join [APG] until 2007 where [APG] clan was established as a BF2 clan and had expanded to support BF2142 and so on.
Over the past 15 years, we started to support other servers as we were disconcerted by how EA doesn’t provide their players with adequate support, as most gaming company giants are considered arrogant capitalists and don’t care about poor players and those who are in poverty. But in [APG], we don’t mistreat or make fun of poor gamers, as [APG] is considered an anti-elitist clan and tackles security issues that VAC and PunkBusters fail to block, Wallhacks. We have worked hard to ensure that our servers are not compromised by spambots and remain secure against DoS attacks, trolls, and provide as much fun and entertainment as possible to our guests.
So, anyway, let’s celebrate on [APG] clan’s 20th birthday!
A new bot kit for Day of Defeat 1.3:
`Now some bits from MB development alone. Some of you may already know about this and/or if it leaked already may have even tried it. I mean a version of Marine Bot for Day of Defeat 1.3. Back in the old days after I did those ports for BG and GW, Sgt.Rock asked me about a possibility of creating a port of MB0.9b for DoD too. I started on it, but because the development of 0.91b version already started I didn't finish it. I didn't trash the code though so when last summer (summer of 2023) [APG]RoboCop asked the very same question I was able to dig it from my source codes backups. I used the VS 2019 to load and convert that old VC 6.0 project and after fixing a few bits here and there the code actually compiled into working .dll. I wasn't able to find any external files MB needs to run so I used the files from GW port and changed only a few things to be able test the .dll in DoD.
