Upon a lengthy debate and discussion the Japanese Finance Ministry, guided by Prime Minister Hideki Tojo have finally reached a conclusion relating to the question of the various states of the Greater Co-Prosperity Sphere holding capability over their own finances and allowances of their ability to maintain a budget that is not first administered by the government in Tokyo. Upon debate along with push and pull from both sides of the field, the Japanese Finance Ministry has reached the conclusion that there will be no change to the budget plan. In a statement, the Finance Minister announced that;


In addition to this announcement, the Japanese Government has also released that they have approved the formation of a Diet inside of the Japanese Pacific States, as well as the formation of an “Expeditionary Force” within the state as well.

It has been announced by the Japanese Imperial Government and the Mitsubishi and Kawasaki Zaibatsus that a Joint event will take place on November 10-11 to Celebrate the retired Veterans of the Imperial Japanese Army and Navy, the event was proposed by Iwasaki Akira the Heir to the Mitsubishi Zaibatsu and Kawasaki Usami the heir to the Kawasaki Zaibatsu. At the event Many Military Veterans will be given a chance to reunite and share their stories publically; detailing personal accounts of the conflicts of the Imperial Japanese Armed Forces. The Event will be recorded and will air on Television a few days after the event has taken place on the Nippon Hōsō Kyōkai (NHK) Channel.

After the announcement Iwasaki Akira agreed to an Interview with NHK and had the following to say:


Following the Interview both women were seen being followed closely by their security details into the City of Tokyo where they spoke to locals and some news Camera’s followed to record some of the Interaction.

The event will be attended by Prime Minister Hideki Tojo who is expected to give a speech at the event and the war hero Yamamoto Isoroku, as well as many other Military Officials. Security
will be provided by the Kempeitai and the Keihōkyoku. The Japanese Government also released a brief statement saying:


With the conclusion of the previous challenge made by Iran to the border of the nations in 1937, Iran has sat quietly on its interest to expand to its full details. Iran has been waiting and biding its time, while its major grievances had been dealt with from the past agreement, the toll on the Shatt al-Arab remained, as such the Iranian Government has tried time and time again to mend this agreement, however, they have been consistently denied. Due to this, a border war has developed between the two nations with local border enforcement as well as minor military presences acting and engaging on the border, while no official declaration of war has been announced, rising tensions are clear and the two nations are quickly becoming aggressive, with what appears to be troop movements becoming prevalent.

Nazi German and Japanese Officials within the nations have attempted to mediate the conflict with mediocre success, and as such many believe if some more affirmative action is not taken that the two nations will end up in a full blown war over the conflict.

With the assassination of Nazi, Alexander Ross, and the assassination attempt on Matsudaira Anzai; Santa Fe was shook up as an investigation was opened by the Santa Fe Police and assisted by a number of trusted Bounty Hunters in the area. However, despite this, a new assassination attempt occurred with a new shot being fired at candidate Robert Hauser, barely missing him as it would strike the ground next to him. Acting Mayor Paul Huss has announced that such transgressions will not be accepted and that the transgressors of these crimes will be apprehended. With the increased amount of attacks the suspect list currently still remains at two people Robert Hauser and Edwin L. Mechem, however with the recent attempt on Hauser many believe that Edwin L. Mechem is the guilty candidate with many already looking to him as the criminal who perpetrated these crimes. Of course the Police and the city itself has remained adamant that no option can be ruled out as of yet as they continue to investigate the matter in more detail.

The Santa Fe Police have also announced some details pertaining to the investigation, firstly pointing to the idea that the bullets that had been used in both firearm based assassination attempts were different in caliber and that the guns used were different. The bullet that nearly took the life of Matsudaira Anzai has been labeled as an 8x58mm bullet, known to be solely used by the Danish variant of the Krag–Jørgensen rifle. This has led the police to believe there is a perpetrator who is not directly affiliated with either of the current two suspects, however the idea that someone was hired to perform such action has not been ruled out either. The shot that nearly took the life of Robert Hauser however has been identified as a .7.62x63 mm bullet, leaving the weapon much more in question, although witnesses near the area where the shot was believed to have been shot from, report hearing a signature ping of an M1 Garand.

With the events taking place, the Police have allowed minimalist support from both those backing Mechem and those backing Robert Hauser to assist in the investigation, assigning them to menial tasks to allay the workload of the understaffed police force. With that said however the police have put forward that both still remain suspects and that the Police will be investigating both thoroughly. However there is also belief that all three assassination attempts could be perpetrated by separate individuals. With the investigation ongoing the elections have continued with the support for both currently capable candidates continuing to rise despite the issues. With the support of the Church, Robert Hauser has managed to gain a number of followers, however the Church has been fairly hands off at raising awareness, primarily focusing on charity drives related to the campaign. Mechem on the other hand holds a large portion of support with various businessmen in the city as well as some of the members of what remains of the government of the city.

After a two year retreat, Adolf HItler has finally returned to his business as normal, reportedly making a quick move on Joseph Goebbels upon his succession. Allegedly, during his absence Goebbels had made moves behind closed doors to accumulate more power, which led to the Fuhrer to reprimand him and put him back in his place. Taking a more calm and cool approach about the situation, no major political shifts occurred, other than some of those who would have supported Goebbels otherwise moving elsewhere, for fear of further retribution from the Fuhrer. Thusly minimalizing the power Goebbels holds in the potential future bid of succession of the Reich.

With the Fuhrer’s return from his retreat he has returned to administering the Reich and has announced intention to announce a new planned breeding program into the Reich. Sponsored by Heinrich Himmler, Adolf Hitler has announced that any true citizen of the Reich will make due with their duty to the Reich, and ensure that the children will have true Nordic intentions. As such, he has made it clear that he wishes those who are not of true nordic appearance to marry those of true nordic appearance in order to bring out the true Aryan Race in Germany. This new breeding program and marriage program is to be instated at the beginning of the next year, with the program in official law as of January 1st, 1957.

Recently, in reports from the Ordnungspolizei, there have been a case of extensive gruesome murders in Munich. While they do not have enough information to properly assume the situation, the reports guess that its potentially a serial killer, or an organized set of motives to the regard. Due to the gravity of the situation, the reports relating to the Munich Murders have been sent to the Gestapo to allow them to take over the policing of the situation.

The reports report that several members of the Nazi party in Munich have been found dead with dismembered body parts and writings in blood next to them. The writing has been done in French, Italian, and English, however there is none that have been written in German. The party members were not of high ranking prominence but simply members of varying degrees, showing that it seems targeted.

Throughout the Mediterranean States there have been reports of multiple attacks on Catholic Church officials, with many of these attacks being attributed to the Mediterranean Mafia with several affiliates being apprehended by the Italian Government as well as the German Government in turn. Many Church individuals have been targeted in the attacks and the Italian Government, Spanish Government, and German Government have vowed to crack down harder on these individuals. Moving to strike harshly against them. Despite the announcement that these organizations are involved in it, the Mediterranean Mafia has stated that they are completely innocent of charges, however very little information has reliably come from them and most of this is word of mouth.

Despite the attacks on Church officials and against the council of his advisors, the Pope has announced that he plans to come out into the public eye for the first time since the end of World War II for the celebration of Christmas, stating that despite the attacks on the Catholic Church and despite the attacks, the Church will not live in fear. The people need the Church for guidance and will get that guidance on Christmas Day. With the plans in place the Vatican prepares for the large Christmas Celebrations to take place before the end of the year.

Terra Films has announced plans to make a creation of a new movie that they have released little information about, titling the film, Der Skandal von Berlin (The Scandal of Berlin), the company has expressed that many high ranking Nazi Officials are interested in the creation of the film. As said prior, very little information has been presented relating to the actual contents of the film, however the studio has expressed interest to cast Johanne Rihrtalen and Astrid Thorsen as the two stars of the film. They have extended this as a public offer to both management teams as well as the actresses themselves to get in touch with them to perform in said movie as co-stars.

With the developing situations across the world, Finland and Sweden have maintained a relatively neutral stance on most subjects; the two nations simply acting in their own capacity separately. With the current year coming to a close the two nations have announced new elections that will be taking place in 1958, with an unprecedented presidential election being forced in Finland on the same date due to a parliamentary decision. With this many look on in interest, wondering if the two nations will cave to Nazi pressure or remain independent during this time, with Finland appearing the closest of the two to capitulation to the Nazi ideologies given that their Nazi sympathetic parties are already in power in the parliament. The campaigning is to officially begin in 1957 for the elections in 1958.
