What is this group?

This group is for the people who appreciate the Milkman hat or the Special Delivery set.

The set was contributed as part of the Polycount contest and was added to the game in the Mann-Conomy Update. (September 30, 2010.)

Equipping all four of these items allows players to leave a calling card on their victims.
