Even kiev said it was natural causes, since plenty blindly believes in elensky so they must at least believe in what kiev says..
He does not 'suck off young men'.
I believe you are thinking of the Ukrainian president.
So I think you know the answer.

"The ironic thing about the USA is, they aggressively attempt to stamp out any sort of right-wing "nazism" using every possible power apparatus at home, yet they export it to Ukraine and Russia."
We got the same paradox here in Europe, mainstream medias and leftist/"progressist" politicians keep telling us, implicitely or not, than people who want to close/regulate the borders are from the far-right wing, and far-right = fascist = nazi = bad (to resume it very simply) ; so we should not vote for them for the "safety of Europe".
BUT in the same time, it doesn't bother those same people giving us lessons, to give their support to ultra-nationalist ukrainians, including the ones who are nostalgic of the Nazi era, like in the Azov Brigade.
So, I take it as a great example of their hypocrisy and their doublespeak.
"Given Russia's long history of being a multi-racial and multi-ethnic society, it's difficult to do this in Russia without laying a lot of ground work."
You're saying that like if ethnicity wasn't an important/critical topic in Russia ; USA is a multi-ethnic country too, way more than Russia, see how it turned ?
With or without the USA/Western influence, the Russia would have to manage with its multi-ethnic situation and the risks that result from it.
Who holds power in Russia ? The most important ethnic group : "White" Russian ; and this power is mostly concentrated in Moscow and Saint Petersburg, in the "European Russia".
The only reason people from Caucasus or Middle Asia remain in is because of the federalist system who gives them enough autonomy (and funds). Putin just been smart enough to perpetuate this system, to avoid a "Balkanization" of his country (as you mentioned). Because, don't get wrong about that, ethnicity is the strongest bond between people, far ahead religion, and of course further than nationality.
For example, if you ask a Chechen to describe his identity, there is high chance than he says that in this order : "Chechen, Muslim, Russian".
So, to come back to the comparison between USA and Russia, I think Russia's main advantage over US is the federalist system, plus the fact that ethnies are mostly geographically distributed (most of Chechen live in Chechnya, most of Buryats live in Buryatia, etc). US tried to mix everyone in the same place, but it ended up with community neighborhoods... It's all about ethnicity.
