They say it's just a video game
I'll get over it in time
It wastes money and electricity
And it destroys my eyes

They say that I'm too old for this
I should know a lot better
Than to be hooked on this game
No matter the weather

I don't have 20-20
Because of this game
But I love it too much
For it to take the blame

I think we'll get married
And have many children
I know exactly
What I'll name them...

X Box, Nintendo, 64,
Wii, PSP, Play station, and More
Game boy Advance, Windows XP,
Less for you and more for me!

If it wasn't for them, I'd go ballistic
I'd just have memory cards with nothing in them
My mouse is screaming from constant abuse
But if it wasn't for video games, what's the use?

I think I need to get some rest
It probably is for the very best
But no matter what I do, or what I say
Please don't take my games away!

I love them to death, I honestly do
I hope you don't also, or I might have to prove
I'm a better lover of video games
After all, my babies have their names!
