friends. The gaming platform lets you play 28 games including 8-Ball,

I love this old game and tend to play it on my desktop but love to use it on my laptop when travelling and the internet is not available. Apparently i am not allowed because is not connected to steam there a way to solve this issues ? thanks for advice
