Dropping pods and taking names.

This is the official steam group for the Vanu Drop Squad (VDRS). We're a Planet Side 2 outfit for the Vanu Sovereignity, in Waterson server. We consist of players of all races, creeds, religeons, langauages, and are generally considered to be a "Casual" outfit.

We're one of the fastest growing outfits in Waterson, Going from 6-600 in 12 days. Our philosophy is to keep the environment respectful, fun, and make you proud to be VDRS by the things we achieve as a group. We're one of the few outfits to simultaneously run 3 full platoons at the same time, and coordinate them properly. We've done and will continue to do:

200 Tank Zergs
Mixed armor columns
Lightning rushes
Shock Drops (Entire platoons drop podding into a fight)
Mag Snakes
Air Fleets, all kinds.
Max Drops
Ect.

We have 10 Essential Commandments.


1. Be respectful of others, keep comms clear and semi-clean. (Everyone can be a bit dirty sometimes, we're human)

2. Listen to Outfit Officers if you're choosing to be in their platoon/squad. (Only disobey if they want you to send naked pictures, if so, send them to me first)

3. Stick with your platoon if you choose to be in one owned by VDRS. If you wanna go off and do your own thing, make your own squad, be a loner, or tell your platoon leader and get permission. We aren't harsh in the pub platoons, we'll understand.

4. No Racism, it's not tolerated on any degree or level. Report it to me, and I'll kick the other person out.

5. Any joiners under 14 must pass a maturity test, or be kicked. Usually, you being mature means just shut up and fallow orders, thank you.

6. Do not talk over platoon leaders, and keep outfit chat clean while we have more than 1 platoon working together.

7. Use your mic Correctly in battle (If you have a mic), You see an enemy sundy, use squad chat to tell your leader. The squad leader will tell the platoon. The platoon leader will tell you who's doing what. Easy as that, we don't need a bunch of spam on platoon chat, only leaders please.

8. Mics are NOT necessary. Don't worry if you need to type.

9. Even if you have a mic, Type if the comms are crowded, do everyone a favor.

10. Enjoy yourselves, don't get too stuck in the game. We're all people, we all have lives. Put them first unless you can afford to Planet Side 2 all day. We understand that.
