Ok, so I suspect that this situation was handled very poorly by Staff. It probably started when something minor was said by Agorith about some form of leak and was promptly relocated to another room followed by several admins' or sas'. Then, they probably pressured Agorith into revealing everything and when they didn't get any answers they started to threaten him with bans and such. After a while they finally followed through on their threats when they realised it was a lost cause.

It's not the first time this has kinda happened, I remember a while back Jonas got the same kinda 'Treatment' when he accidently leaked something that Edned had told him, which lead to his demotion.

I don't really blame Agorith for what he did, yes I understand the Staff Team don't want projects uncovered but you shouldn't really be banning the people who are warning you about any leaks, even if though the said person didn't say who was behind it.

Finally, I'd like to talk about 'ToS Bans' as someone who has recieved one in the past I can certainly say they are very vague. When the ban is issued there is no clear indication as to what part of the ToS you broke. This therefore creates a 'Loophole' to ban people even if they didn't do anything. After reading the ToS several times over I can't find much indication as to what Agorith did wrong...

In Conclusion, I believe that Agorith's ban was totally wrong and is another example of how pathetic and useless Fearless Staff can really be.
