After reading the entirety of your Q/A, I will attempt to appeal to the side of your most outspoken personality, I will bribe you with drama.

My name is wonko the sane (an homage to the revered and beloved English author Douglas Adams), and I (like yourself) am a medic. My team Tyro Raid is the only #16 seed left standing in the UGC Title Brackets...
I haven't slept in a while, and my teammates just got done with a Dota 2 game, so I am
going to ask them 'off the top of their head' what i can do to improve my medi play.

(Apologizes for the tangent, but while writing this first draft, the following conversation was of the upmost importance)

Heavy- "movement, take less damage, you take damage from rollers... all over the place"
Demo- "recently, when you get in dogbread you stay in there forever, you don't need to do it. get out, get some regen,
when we scare the demoman off you can get back in there, you can't just sit there, i'm more worried about you then i am about me when we're
on mid, ill stay in and die for you just so you can escape-"

I care about my team, and I like my style of medic, and I like improving myself. The team has had its share of ups and downs this season, finishing with a 5-3. We used to be Iron, and now we are silver. I was a backup only weeks ago but now I am a starter. Every vote I casted for the silver allstar match will be playing against me come thursday. "We're not loosing to an Iron team" is our team motto, given to us during the preseason by 'returning silver' teams. To this day silver players will ask us, with a straight and honest intentions, if we "... even think you can win against our team?". I tolerate this, and these people. I choose to believe them when they say they are honestly curious, because I become curious as to if they are truley curious. Are you curious? We lost decisively to the #1 Alpha Tango, but could anyone know that the game would last 3 rounds? We fought #8 Fave Five yesterday, and it was a glorious battle (red the demo is to be commended for his
efforts). However, only 1 person in all of UGC predictions saw our victory.

"We're not loosing to an Iron team". The 4 quarterfinalists from Iron last season are all in silver, ranking in at #'s 16, 14, 9, and 4; and all of us remain alive in the brackets. Tyro Raid won Iron last season, and we don't intend on loosing to iron teams, so where is the point
in planning to loose to the next team we fight? Our oppenent Thursday will be #7 Untitled. Silver remember these names: Gubbins, smobo, and obe_. uN is an intimidating team, especially after their 4-0 victory on Arctic against us. But Artic is not Viaduct. We were beaten, but we learn when we fall. I know we have the ability to beat UN, and I know they know they can beat us. Everything else aside, I am willing and prepared to call this next fight a truely good game.

So join us Hildreth, come and watch the reigning champions fight for their lives, come and watch Wonko the Sane of iron, as he valiantly heals Nef and Miguel to victory, while simuetanuesly fending off waves of spies snipers scouts soldiers and all others who would dare end this legacy. If the majority of the team sticks together I'll be here, but I don't want to play with a bunch of new people on TR next season, I'd rather have TR die than loose most of its origanal roster.

Personaly I'd like to stop scrimming frients twice a week, we aren't learning anything new from a team we have been playing against forever, also we need to scrim teams who are better than us and start getting our asses kicked, rather than rolling a team that is worse than us.

Last, I would like to see leaders posting discusion topics about current events of the team, I didn't like finding out that Figsy was gone by randomly browsing the UGC team list, finding out she had left weeks ago unbeknownst to me. The worst thing that can happen is someone leaves, and then people in mumble start making wild accusations about their motives; hurting player reputation and team moral (ie. my thought to trash puppy in his LFT thread)

we need a sub for scout, engy, and sniper, then we can do a tr vs. tr sub scrim
