I have yet to preorder it. I really want the steel case, but I still feel getting it on Steam outweighs it. Plus there's a lot of confusion about what edition will net you what bonuses.

Basically, waiting for someone to clarify everything, otherwise I'll get the Steam version (and HEX edit the exclusives into the game :P)

Greetings, Pre-ordered from Amazon (Steel Case) not sure if i'll get a steam version, not a huge fan of steam but saying that the old PC struggled to run windows let alone games. Created a Uplay account but couldn't find the game on there so never bothered pre-ordering it for the beta access.

Where did you get the beta dates?

I have 27 dollars in my steam wallet so I can pre order it on steam! I wish it has all the preorder features as Uplay

Hope Steam buy will get beta access and pre order bonuses at least like uplay has :D

I am more tempted to wait for the steam version given uplay`s stand on your purchases,,, for those not aware of what i`m talking about.... uplay has a 30 day download limit,, meaning if you buy it and download then you re-install your comp a month later you will need to pay the full price for the game again to be able to download it... there is an extended download available for an extra cost but again this only lasts 2 years,, whereas steam is unlimited.... think I`ll just wait for steam tbh,, seems all beta access is coming with preorders anyway so i`ll give it to the 21st or 22nd,, if its not on steam by then i think a hard copy of the game will be on the cards.

Still not sure actually. steam is what i was planning on and wasn't really going to pre order.. unless I can get some of that sweet digital swag.. that may tempt me ??

I haven't preordered yet, but I will do soon enough :)

I'm waiting for steam. You get a bit less stuff, but access to the beta is included on both Uplay and steam digital preorders. The physical copies should net you a steelcase. :D

Steam wallet is fully loaded and waiting. If the deal is ok, i'll get it from here, otherwise through uplay. Or greenmangaming if it appears there.

Why so many people think that? That's not actually true. The moment you buy a game through uplay, it gets added on your games list and you can download it whenever you want through there. No download restrictions apply.

personally I have 629 games in my steam account,, trials 2 being one of those,, I dont use origin and I dont use uplay unless it is completely necesary... I`ll be waiting for the steam version and I`ve also just discovered from the steam fan website that trials evo gold will be released on steam at the latest march 22nd...
