i have used my 360 controller for this game it works just fine

Umm....people play 3rd person shooters on pc for the speed and accuracy of the mouse and keyboard....so idt it'll be compatible with an xbox controller. I never tested it so I can't say for 100% sure.

and will Fall of cybertron also be compatible with an xbox controller?

Oh not sure if you know or not but DLCs should be coming to pc for fall of cybertron. Now we can never envy those console gamers who played as Shockwave.
