Tier STARTS!

The Tier Starts today. Everyone is free to attack whomever you wish and everyone starts with 20,000 (Currency of your choice, they all have the same value). Each nation starts with one free army and you can pay to create new ones (See Economic Announcement for more details on recruitin and maintaing an army). The goals of this tier is to have fun and to fight REAL war, so no back and forth insulting and such.
