Server Testing

From the Hosting Company: I have adjusted the rates so we can blast test whats going on and see if we can break this thing, one theory is one of the tunnels broke the server, however other people are complaining of the SAME problems we are having in MANTIS TRACKER. I would like to stress, this is a TEMP testing phase not a wipe. TY.

"We are trying to nail down the actual problem with your server and would like you to try your server once again for us.

What we have actually done is create a new database for your server and hooked it up to that one. This will enable us to see if this is the actual problem rather then the game files.

Please don't worry as we do have all of your database entries saved, which can be restored at a later time.

Could you please try your server and play on it for a while, as this will test the stability?

can someone help me please? I created my own dedicated server, I followed directions to the tee, and on the final step when I plug my ip and port in because I cannot direct connect from lobby, it times out, not sure what to do next, any ideas?
