Leaders of the Nation can jurst addd them whenever they want, it isn't needed to post here. This is for the people who want to be a unit in a nation.

I'd rather just be the special forces unit though if that's possible

Go ahead and be a unit for Northern Qirell or for something like that, my units are full You can pick one of mine though
