For the sake of not changing stuff, the main Windows 10 theme file is still "aero.theme", while the main MSStyles files are still "aero.msstyles" and "aerolite.msstyles". Aero will load Windows 10's default theme, while Aerolite will load a less performance-impacting version of the theme. These files won't load Aero.
Microsoft is currently developing Neon UI, which will give a similar look to the old Aero. You can already experiment Neon UI in some Windows Store Apps.
