Moderators and their roles:

Whilst Moderators aren't given a specific role or obligation, they are assigned their role based on in-game skill.

If you want to request membership then please do but generally the requirements are:

- You're somewhat tryhardy or a good quality player
- You're a friend of an Admin
- You play Gmod servers frequently

As for membership, please do keep a [ᴛᴀ] tag in your name. I will do sweeps of the grouplist and if I find members constantly taking [ᴛᴀ] out of their names they will be removed since they obviously don't care about the group. If you don't meet atleast the requirement of being a somewhat tryhardy player the likelihood of you being accepted is significantly lower.

Requests must be made to join. Members should put [ᴛᴀ] tag before/after their name.

All are welcome to join the discord server, although only members will be given a rank within the discord server, that is unless you donate to us, and you will be given a donator rank and have access to VIP voice rooms.

Tryhard Anonymous Discord Server.

Greetings Tryhards and Potential Tryhards.

I'm proud to announce we've recently opened up a discord server, which will help to expand our popularity and allow for us to evolve as a group. We will have a platform for sociability and sharing thoughts, about Gmod and other games. I encourage all existing members who use discord to join the group, those who don't have discord to get discord and those who aren't already members are still free to join the group. The group is available to all, although roles will only be given to Members or Donators. More information about donations will become available in the near future.
Thank you for all those involved in the group and dedicated to us, we appreciate the work you're putting in. That's all folks.

New TA Roles

For now, the roles are a template for what we'll be doing as TA grows in gmod. I just want to post this to explain what these roles entail:

- Recruitment Officer - Technically everyone has the ability to recruit, but for now Deadly is the only one to confirm membership. Once a potential member is found, either msg me or Deadly and we'll decide if the new member could be a good fit.

UPDATE: All of the admins can now confirm membership, but needs the recruitment officers' go-ahead before doing so.

- Logistics Officer - With Sheep being the head founder of TA, he gives the last word on what direction the group will go in, one example being if the group were to expand to another game. However, if any suggestions come to mind, feel free to get in touch with him.

- Advertisement Officer - Ad officers aren't the only ones who can publically advertise TA but they are in charge on how and where the group can be promoted, i.e. in other servers other than cg

The whole role system is just at its beta stage rn so only admins have them at this time, but we're hoping to come up with more as the group grows. Roles will be given depending on how members contribute to the group.
